All new products are eligible for a full refund on product price if returned in original packaging undamaged. However, if we post a used product as is and you purchase it. It's yours to keep. Absolutely no refunds on used items or postage. Postage is not something that is refunded by the government and if it's good enough for government, it's good enough for me.... any questions we will be happy to answer prior to your purchase.
